Daniel Roth
Daniel founded the business in 2013 and remains the driving force behind the team. As the face of the company, he continues to meet with customers, provide quotes, and is always happy to get hands-on when an extra pair of hands is needed.
Nathan Jones
Nathan is a highly knowledgeable member of the team-what he doesn’t know about plumbing and heating isn’t worth knowing! A father of two, he’s considered the ‘dad’ of the group, always bringing a big smile and a friendly attitude to every customer interaction.
Richard Walsh
Richard is our wizard of boilers. Having completed his apprenticeship with British Gas, his knowledge and diagnostic skills are second to none. He’s also a great problem solver and a valued mentor to our younger team members.
Matthew Pritchard
Matthew is the face of our bathroom projects. A strong leader, he consistently delivers on customer deadlines. His positive energy and wicked sense of humour make him a real credit to the team.
Fraser Winn
Plumbing & Heating Engineer
Fraser is a keen and enthusiastic engineer who will be working alongside Nathan Jones and Richard. As he continues to grow his boiler knowledge under the guidance of our resident boiler wizards, he’s definitely one to watch!

Nathan has grown within our business from apprentice to fully qualified engineer. A true DMR team member, he’s enthusiastic about plumbing and often described as “old before his time.” With his strong work ethic and eagerness to keep learning, we’re proud to support his continued development.
Darryl Hilson
Plumbing & Heating Engineer
Darryl is a master of boiler installations-his knowledge and skill make him one of the best engineers to have in your home or business. A natural teacher within the team, he brings a huge heart and a deep commitment to both his family and his work. We’re incredibly proud of his craftsmanship and the positive spirit he shares with our customers.
Alfie Lythgoe
Plumber & Renovations
Alfie is a key member of our highly skilled bathroom team, bringing a wide range of talents from joinery to plumbing. Known for his strong work ethic-and as Wrexham Football Club’s biggest fan (or so he says!)-he’s a valuable asset to the team.
Ben Jones
Apprentice
We’re very excited to welcome Ben to the team. His drive, willingness to learn, and existing skills have given him a flying start-and it’s clear he’ll be a great asset to the team.
Leo Taylor
Apprentice
Leo joined us halfway through his apprenticeship-something we don’t typically do-but he showed that DMR spark in his interview, and we knew he was a great fit! He’s already shining in his work and tackles every project with enthusiasm. Taking a chance on Leo has definitely paid off, and he’s slotted seamlessly into the team.
Rosie Quayle
Sophie Morris
Office Administration Apprentice
Sophie has recently joined Rosie at DMR HQ to support both new and existing customers. She’s stepping into an exciting career opportunity in administration and customer service. Although new to the industry and this type of role, she’s already excelled in her induction training and continues to grow in confidence every day.
Luna
Luna is our office dog, she loves to meet customers and the team spoil her very much.
She enjoys lunchtime walks chasing rabbits and a big muddy puddle!
