- UK resident for more than 3 years
- Own personal bank account from which a Direct Debit can be taken
- Permanent employment, working minimum 16hrs per week
- Self employed
- Retired person
- On disability allowance
- Unemployed & 'house person' (with consent of co-habiting working partner)
- The customer has an email address and contact telephone number
Who we CANNOT work with
- Unemployed without a spouse/partner in full time employment
- Temporary positions/Agency workers
- Foster Carers without a spouse/partner who meets our minimum employment criteria
- Child-minders who do not have a registered Créche/Nursery
- Full Time Students (other than trainee nurses and doctors)
- Supply Teachers who do not have a permanent contract with a specific school, we would possibly require the school name and address
- The customer does not have an email address and contact telephone number
Our Customer Journey
Your Quotation Appointment
This visit will help us understand what boiler upgrade you need at your property. We can discuss the multiple payment options available and how long you would like to spread the cost.
Email is sent to you with the quotation of your new Worcester Boiler
You will receive an email from support@dmrheating.com within the total cost of the new boiler and the chosen payment options you would like to apply for.
Acceptance
Having received your acceptance verbally or via email, your details will be sent over to our partnership team Tradebase to complete a simple and quick finance application.
Boiler installation
We will arrange a suitable date for the team to install your brand new boiler, at the end of the installation our team will complete a Customer Satisfaction form with you, which we will send over to Tradebase to then start the finance plan directly with you.
New Boiler Installed
Your home will now have a brand new boiler working efficiently and economically, whilst spreading the cost and keeping hold of your money for more exciting things!
